How does Remarkly work?
Remarkly streamlines brand strategy by combining an AI model with consistency in data-entry and decision rationale. The AI analyzes your brand portfolio and its strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities while the decision model provides data-driven recommendations based on the information you provide.
What are the main benefits of using the Remarkly app?
Remarkly is a smart AI-powered tool that allows you to: Simplify your decision-making, save time and money, collaborate on solving brand challenges, and achieve greater consistency. Our goal is that by using Remarkly, brand managers will be equipped to successfully solve strategic business challenges as they pertain to brands and to increase their overall importance in their organizations.
How do I sign-up?
Remarkly is currently by invitation only. Send us an e-mail to support@remarkly.io to be considered and receive an invitation or fill in the form.
What do I get out of Early Access?
If you sign up for early access, you get an exclusive discount code and additional support from the Remarkly team.
How much does it cost to use Remarkly?
Our plans vary based on how many projects you do per year, if you want to include collaborators and how much support you need. All plans include an AI powered assessment of your current portfolio. Please see an overview below. Go to app.remarkly.io to sign-up.
What is the right plan for me?
Remarkly creates value by helping you and your team accelerate and simplify your decision-making regardless of the make-up of your brand portfolio.  

The main differences between the plans are the number of projects you want to explore and/or solve, how many collaborators you want, and if you want access to an account manager. “Single” is best if you don’t need any collaborators, “Team” is for those with small teams, and “Pro” is for those with large teams. “Team” and “Pro” plans also offer the opportunity to customize the output with your own branding. All plans offer the option to buy more projects.
How do I enter my discount code?
The discount code is entered on the left hand side of the screen underneath the subtotal price. See below
Why don't you offer a free trial?
We currently only offer paid plans as customers use Remarkly to solve strategic challenges and we prioritize long-term stability. Many customers have told us that they like that.
What business objectives can Remarkly help companies attain?

Can I have more than one plan?
Yes, but you will have to use another e-mail for the additional plan. We currently only allow one plan per e-mail.
How do I add my team?
Creating your team in Remarkly is easy. Simply go to the collaborator tab on the dashboard and invite your team members to join.
Do you offer white label solutions?
Users on “Team” and “Pro” accounts offer the option to add your own branding. For a complete white label solution, please get in touch on support@remarkly.io
What is the difference between brand architecture and brand sphere?
The brand sphere is an AI-powered visually driven assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of a company’s brand portfolio. Brand architecture is a strategy used to organize brands in a company’s brand portfolio based on a human-led assessment of their type and strategic importance.
